Our company is capable of independently producing the three core components of vanadium batteries (separator, stack, electrolyte). Other companies are unable to produce diaphragms. Our company's diaphragm accounts for less than 3% of the stack cost, while other companies, due to external procurement of diaphragms, the diaphragm accounts for more than 20% of the stack cost. So, our overall battery cost is lower than that of our peers. Our electrolyte adopts a mixed acid system, so the temperature range used is wider than that of electrolytes from other single acid systems.
