vanadium redox flow battery
The all vanadium flow battery dissolves vanadium ions of different valence states in the electrolyte, and circulates them through different storage tanks and closed circuits of the half cell through an external pump. It uses a proton exchange membrane as the separator of the battery pack, and the electrolyte solution flows parallel to the electrode surface and undergoes electrochemical reactions. The current is collected and conducted through a dual electrode plate to complete the mutual conversion of electrical energy and chemical energy, achieving the storage and release of electrical energy.
